RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

30 Day Return Policy 
If you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a refund provided that they are returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order, are unworn, and in their original condition.

Please don’t return any items without contacting us and receiving a response first.

IMPORTANT: To initiate a return, please fill out the form below or email us at merch@tackletrading.com. In most cases, you will receive a response within 48 hours with further instructions. 


When returning items, please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in the post. We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as we will not take responsibility or issue refunds for items damaged or lost in the return transit. 


Return Processing 
For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 3-5 business days. This will be minus any postage charges. Please allow any refund, time to show up in your account or on your card.


Exchanges 
In rare cases, we may accept an exchange if the products meet our full return requirements. If you would like to submit a request to exchange a product, please email us at merch@tackletrading.com or completely fill out the "Request a Refund" form by clicking here.
We will not exchange products for a different size or color unless you have wrongfully received the incorrect variant of that product.


International Returns
Please mark 'Returned Items' on both your parcel and on all paperwork enclosed to try to prevent it from incurring import charges and taxes. We are not responsible for any return custom charges made.


-We only replace items if they are defective or damaged depending on supply.
-We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items, and you must cover the cost to return the original item(s) to us.
-In rare cases, we may accept a return outside of the 30-day return period. In such a case, we will issue the customer a “store credit” or gift card for the amount due. (no shipping costs will be refunded).
-Gift cards are nonrefundable and ineligible for refunds and exchanges. All gift card sales are final.

Return Requirements:

-Please input the parameters below into the contact from in order to be considered for a return or refund.
-You must be within the 30 day return period to be eligible for all returns/refunds.
-Exchanges are only given on rare occasions that an item was misprinted or is considered defective.

- Failure to comply fully with our requests will not result in a smooth process.
- Wait for a response from us before you proceed with returning any products.
- Your return/refund could be delayed, cancelled or returned back to you.
Please note: Not all requests are guaranteed to be accepted.

- A reasoning for the return or refund in full detail.
